Pengunggah Pertama Video Briptu Norman Kamaru Akhirnya Mengaku

Pengunggah pertama video Briptu Norman Kamaru berjudul "Polisi Gorontalo Menggila" di situs YouTube akhirnya muncul.

Pengunggah ini bernama Reinald Rievaldy mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Gorontalo Fakultas Tekhnik Sipil.
Reinald mengaku mendapatkan video tersebut dari akun "facebook" bernama Ade Mahmud. Setelah melihat aksi kocak dari Briptu Norman Kamaru yang berjoget dan menirukan lagu India berjudul "Chaiyya, Chaiyya", dirinya langsung berinisiatif mengunggahnya melalui situs Youtube.

"Videonya lucu, dan saya hanya ingin masyarakat tahu bahwa polisi bisa kocak juga," kata Reinald saat ditemui di kampusnya.

Ia mengunggahnya pada 3 april 2011 dengan menggunakan "user ivhalmarley".

Sebelumnya, Kasat Brimob Polda Gorontalo AKBP Anang Sumpena sempat berniat menindak orang yang mengunggah rekaman video anak buahnya ke dunia maya.

Namun, rencana tersebut akhirnya diurungkan, setelah mendapati respon masyarakat yang ternyata sangat positif.

Aksi Briptu Norman Kamaru berjoget dan menirukan lagu India berjudul "Chaiyya, Chaiyya" membawa berkah bagi dirinya. Selain menjadi terkenal di masyarakat, Norman memperoleh bonus uang dari kesatuannya, karena kreativitasnya itu.
